Pennsylvania probate forms
Pennsylvania probate forms are published by the courts. Counties sometimes layer their own local forms on top of the statewide ones, so always confirm with the court where probate is filed.
Where to find them
The Register of Wills in each county publishes its own forms set, but most counties use very similar petitions and inventories grounded in the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
