- Information you choose to provide in your roadmap (state, role, situation flags, task notes).
- Documents you upload to the optional document vault.
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and debugging.
- Privacy-respectful analytics (page views, no cross-site tracking).
How we use it
- To send you the roadmap and follow-up emails you signed up for.
- To provide the logged-in tools.
- To match you with vetted professionals when (and only when) you opt in.
- To improve the site.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t share lead information with anyone other than the matched professional you opted in to.
- We don’t use your data to train third-party AI models.
Document vault
Documents you upload are encrypted at rest. Only you and people you explicitly share with can access them. Full encryption details and the vault rollout timeline live in our documentation once that feature ships.
Your rights
Depending on your state or country, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email privacy@executorhome.comand we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use the minimum cookies required to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
